Shipping

Australia Wide standard Shipping

FREE Aus shipping onorders over $150

Flat rate $10 Aus shipping on orders up to $150

Orders shipping with Australia Post, tracked.

Fast Dispatch times

Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched next business day.

They should arrive in 2-7 days.

We ship orders daily Monday – Friday after 2pm (excluding Australian public holidays).

Express shipping also available, price quoted at checkout, should arrive in 1-3 business days. 

Shipping Tracking

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.  You can track it with Australia Post.

Shipped in plastic-free, sustainable packaging

We've carefully considered the environment when choosing our packaging. Our parcels are all shipped with bio-degradable post packages from Better Packaging Co which can be re-used to send another parcel, or go straight in your home compost or worm farm. Order before 2pm for sameday dispatch. They should arrive in 1-7 days.

Free International Shipping over $250

FREE on orders over $250 Calculated at checkout for orders under $250.

Orders dispatched 2pm weekdays.

Expected arrival time will vary depending on location and whether standard or express shipping is selected at checkout.

Once your order has been sent, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss, damage or delayed deliveries. 

Returns & Exchanges

Easy hassle free returns and exchanges for 30 days post purchase.

Hassle Free Returns

We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. That’s why we offer 30 day hassle free returns.

Please just follow these steps:

  1. Let us know - email us at customercare@wildislandco.com quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
  2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. Please note your name and order number with the return.
  3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund asap (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method. Please note we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

    If you paid with PayPal, they may cover your return postage fees. See more here.

Hassle Free Exchanges

If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).

Please just follow these steps:

  1. Let us know - just email us at customercare@wildislandco.com quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
  2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. Please note your name and order number with the return.
  3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll post the replacement item to you asap. Please note we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Wow! We hardly ever miss a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control. If we did, contact us straight away (quoting your order number) and we’ll fix it up for you asap!

Just apply within 30 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit.

Don’t worry, we’ll cover the costs (including return postage).

Care Instructions

All our clothes are designed to be machine-washable. Because we know dirty clothes are a sign of grand adventures, and hand washing takes time you’d rather spend with your wild ones.

For knitted and waterproof pieces (including knitted pullover and jacket)

Wash before wear

Cold gentle machine wash with similar colours

Do not bleach

Line dry, do not tumble dry

Cool iron on reverse if needed

Do not dry clean 

For all other pieces (including pants, shorts, tees, tops and overalls)

Pre Orders

Get in early and make sure you’ll get those items you’ve had your eyes on!

  1. Check out the product page for an estimate of when the pre-order items are expected to arrive.
  2. Place your order.
  3. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we’ll ship them straight away and email your tracking number to you.
  4. Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.

Please note: All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once pre-order items arrive. If you require currently available items sooner, please place a seperate order for those from the pre-order items.

Updating My Order

Like to make a quick change?

I found something else I want to add!

Email us quick smart at customercare@wildislandco.com, and if it's the same day we may be able to update your order. Otherwise - just place another order and we'll have it to you as soon as we can.

Can I change my shipping address?

Again, because we ship so quickly, unless it's the same day we usually can’t make a change once an order has been placed.

Email us asap at customercare@wildislandco.com, and we’ll let you know if we’ve been able to change it.

Payment Methods

It’s easy to place an order using Paypal, your credit/debit card or AfterPay.

If you have a gift card or discount code, you can apply this at checkout. Please note only one code can apply per order. 

Loyalty Rewards

Sign up to be part of our loyalty rewards program to earn points and redeem points on future purchases.  We will from time to time run double points promotions, and the number of points earned or redeemed may change. Issued rewards vouchers have a 6 month expiry.
