Care Instructions

All our clothes are designed to be machine-washable

Because we know dirty clothes are a sign of grand adventures, and hand washing takes time you’d rather spend with your wild ones.

Shipping

Anything you could possibly need to know about shipping.

For Australian orders, it’s FREE on orders over $99. On orders under AU$99, a range of options are available to select at checkout, and cost will vary depending on speed of service and location.

For International orders (outside Australia), it’s FREE standard shipping on orders over AU$150. On orders under AU$150, a range of options are available to select at checkout, and cost will vary depending on speed of service and location.

We ship next business day. Australian orders will usually arrive within 2-5 business days (possibly slightly longer if you're in a regional area). International orders will vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Keep an eye out for the postie!

We get it! Just choose the express postage option at checkout. Express shipping usually arrives in 1-3 days.

Of course - once your order has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track it with Australia Post.

We've carefully considered the environment when choosing our packaging. Our parcels are all shipped with bio-degradable post packages from Better Packaging Co which can be re-used to send another parcel, or go straight in your home compost or worm farm.

Once your order has been sent, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss, damage or delayed deliveries.

Yes! Options for shipping along with pricing are available at checkout (and it's free standard shipping if your order is over AU$150!).

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange an item?

We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. That’s why we offer 30 day hassle free returns.

Please just follow these steps:

1. Let us know - email us at customercare@wildislandapparel.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.

2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. Please note your name and order number with the return.

3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund asap (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method.

Please note we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

If you paid with PayPal, they may cover your return postage fees. See more here.

If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).

1. Let us know - just email us at customercare@wildislandapparel.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.

2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. Please note your name and order number with the return.

3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll post the replacement item to you asap.

Please note we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Wow! We hardly ever miss a sneaky fault slipping through our strict quality control. If we did, contact us straight away (quoting your order number) and we’ll fix it up for you asap! Just apply within 30 days of your order and we’ll happily send you a replacement or store credit.

Don’t worry, we’ll cover the costs (including return postage).

Pre Orders

Get in early and make sure you’ll get those items you’ve had your eyes on!

1. Check out the product page for an estimate of when the pre-order items are expected to arrive.

2. Place your order.

3. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we’ll ship them straight away and email your tracking number to you.

4. Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.

Please note: All items ordered together will be held and shipped together once pre-order items arrive. If you require currently available items sooner, please place a seperate order for those from the pre-order items.

Updating My Order

Like to make a quick change?

Email us quick smart at customercare@wildislandapparel.com.au, and if it's the same day we may be able to update your order.

Otherwise - just place another order and we'll have it to you as soon as we can.

Again, because we ship so quickly, unless it's the same day we usually can’t make a change once an order has been placed. 

Email us asap at customercare@wildislandapparel.com.au, and we’ll let you know if we’ve been able to change it. 

Payment Methods

It’s easy to place an order using Paypal, your credit/debit card or AfterPay.

If you have a gift card or discount code, you can apply this at checkout. Please note only one code can apply per order.
